Geraldine A. “Geri” Kimball, 81 of Temperance, MI, died Thursday, April 20, 2017, at The Toledo Hospital.  Born February 4, 1936, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Anthony and Theresa (Matuszynski) Grycza.  Geri married Lee E. Kimball on June 23, 1956, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Toledo.  He preceded her in death on July 24, 2016.  She was employed at McDonalds (Lewis and Alexis) for 10 years, retiring 1991.  Geri was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Temperance, MI. Her family was her world.

She is survived by her loving sons, Scott and Guy (Milissa) Kimball; granddog, Katie; sister, Patricia (Daniel) Dobrzykowski; Godchildren, Robert Knapik, David Dobrzykowski and several nieces and nephews. Geri was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Rita Knapik and Dolores Grycza; 2 brothers, Daniel and Richard Grycza. A special thanks to Dr. Anand Ravindran, M.D. and the entire staff at U.S. Renal Care on Jackman Rd for the great care and compassion given to Geri.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm, Monday, April 24, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 8330 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am.  Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northwest Ohio Kidney Foundation. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
